I have tried lots of diets before. I always lost a decent amount of weight but as soon as real life kicked in my weight was right back to where I started or worse than before. I was over my ideal weight, unhappy and always exhausted.
In the spring of 2015 the Ideal Protein Protocol was suggested to me. I was skeptical. Was this really going to be the answer for me? I decided to look into Ideal Protein and booked my initial consultation. This was the start of a new me.
I started the program, which was easy to follow, and immediately felt a boost of energy and a more happy outlook. I was feeling good and people were starting to notice.
A few months after finishing the program, I found myself still thinking about the positive change that had happen by choosing to book that initial consultation. I wasn’t ready to be done with Ideal Protein.
In the summer of 2016, life changed and I was no longer able to live in Vancouver. I needed to move home to Castlegar. This big move caused me to contemplate which new path was right for me. I have always liked the idea of helping people and Ideal Protein had helped me so much in my life. So the search for a clinic location began.
